Workout for People with Low Immunity: Ask MissFit

Neha: Before few months, I used to be underweight.
After I migrated to my native, I’ve slowly started putting on weight. But now I’m afraid that I’ll put on more than required.
Can you please suggest some routine exercises that I can include for starters?
Also, my mother was advising me to go for yoga/surya namaskara, so which asanas should I include?

P.S. I’m not going for daily workout sessions now.

What workout you do?

Neha: Actually my immunity was too down recently so the doctor had advised me not to go for serious workouts to avoid stress. Was negotiating through walks :)

    Neha, yoga asanas esp pranayams will be very good to you. Low weights exercises and mild walking will gradually increase your stamina :)
