Neha: Before few months, I used to be underweight.
After I migrated to my native, I’ve slowly started putting on weight. But now I’m afraid that I’ll put on more than required.
Can you please suggest some routine exercises that I can include for starters?
Also, my mother was advising me to go for yoga/surya namaskara, so which asanas should I include?
P.S. I’m not going for daily workout sessions now.

Neha: Actually my immunity was too down recently so the doctor had advised me not to go for serious workouts to avoid stress. Was negotiating through walks

Neha, yoga asanas esp pranayams will be very good to you. Low weights exercises and mild walking will gradually increase your stamina
