Deepika Padukone’s 20 minute Workout Plan
I am reading a book by Deepika Padukone’s personal fitness trainer, Abhishek Sharma. He has shared a 20 minutes workout plan which he uses when Deepika is in a hurry and does not have time to workout for 1 hour. The workout is simple, does not require any equipment and has a more holistic approach as it has components of cardio, warm up, stretches, yoga asanas, breathing exercises and cool down.
Before I proceed with the workout, I want to share something worth sharing that he has written. He works with all know hows of entertainment industry and he finds so many people gravely victimized by negativity, insecurity and jealousy. People have lost half of their life feeling miserable about proving themselves to others or about crossing others.
